Party Bags To-Go Project

Ever wonder what food pantry clients do if they have a special celebration coming up?

 

Help them out by doing this great, low-cost project with your club! It's easily completed during a meeting. Members package “party bags to-go” in assembly line, complete with party supplies. The bags are donated to a food pantry or program of your choice. They are then available for clients to take for special occasions. The District will provide you with party bags to fill, packages of generic candles, packages of generic party horns, and assorted invitations for the pantry to have available. Clubs just supply the following: Cake mix and frosting, table covers, any additional themed decorations, cups or plates, decorative napkins.
