This past week the Lynnfield Rotary Club hosted the Wakefield Rotary Club at their home location at the Sheraton Wakefield. The two clubs were educated about Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer and Reid's Ride, a project supported by the Lynnfield Club for years. The lunch provided a passionate informational session but it also provided more. As Past District Governor David Drislane noted, "We should meet more often with our neighbors." It was a good reminder to both clubs about collaboration and fellowship. With almost 40 in attendance, it was one of the biggest meetings for either club, and will hopefully become a more regular tradition.

Has your club met with another club? It might be a great way to spark a new idea, plan a new event or partner in a district or global grant. The possibilities are endless!
