Rotary Means Business

Want to map out your future success? Then you should register for the next Rotary Means Business Meeting on June 14th. You will learn about SMART Goals and possibly, time permitting, about Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Planning is always important, but understanding how to set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely is the real key. Without building the culture to follow SMART goals, success with be harder to achieve. The ability to measure that success is important to build momentum and to alter the goal or process to achieve the intended success and that is where KPI comes into play.

 

Our facilitator for the evening is one of our own Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Andover, Al Ruthazer. He promises to provide a glimpse into the world of successful planning for your business and brings 30 years of experience in business consulting to the table to strengthen your understanding and ability to achieve your goals.
