The Rotary club of Kemptville was invited to travel through a local subdivision with a float to spread the holiday cheer.  The residents of the area donated food, money, and toys which the club members collected as they traveled the area.  Almost $1000 cash was donated along with a huge amount of food - twice as much as last year.
Both House of Lazarus and the Salvation Army were overwhelmed with the generosity.  Both organizations are experiencing a higher demand for their services than ever before therefore these donations that the club organized, planned, and sorted was greatly appreciated.
