Area Governors will gather for their first of two team trainings for the 2015-2016 Rotary year with the focus on development of their assigned regions.

This first session will focus on the Nuts & Bolts as well as on strengthening Communication among clubs and the District.  The techniques can readily be used in our personal and professional lives, too.

We will begin with the Roles & Responsibilities of the job in a shared experiential manner discussing the current expectations of club presidents and the District.

As a communications link between clubs and District, we will look at the Indispensable Relationship Skills needed to be an exceptional AG.  We will engage our body language, active listening skills and 'above the line' thinking to build positive, healthy relationships with the people in our clubs.

This is NOT your typical training session!  Light beverages are included; lunch will be available in the restaurant on your own.

The second session will be January 30th...mark your calendars now, please.
