Here is a good example of Rotary and education working together to provide literacy to those in need. The Rotary Club of Oshawa donated $500 to The Afri-Americas Foundation to support the Antillean Literacy Project’s Homework Project in St. Augustine, Trinidad, a project of the Rotary Club of St. Augustine, Trinida.  Additionally,  the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada has donated 10 laptops with backpacks to the project. The Rotary Club of Willowdale donated $2,000. The Rotary Club of Colborne added even more books. And your club can also help promote literacy. Please  "Read more" for more details......
