Past Rotary International Vice President Jennifer Jones said, "Thank you Polio Ambassador and survivor Jack Nicklaus for hosting Rotary at a special golf day for Polio in Jupiter, Florida. With the help of the greatest golfer of all time and an international slate of generous Rotarians, we were able to raise $ US 5.25-million. Nick (Jennifer's husband) was the driving force on this hole in one experience. This is my favorite photo. A true tender moment between gentlemen." .........

Jack Nicklaus said," As a polio survivor, I feel blessed to have been part of an event that raised $5.25 million—in one day—for global polio eradication efforts, as well as the other impactful pillars that make up Rotary International’s mission. Donors from around the country, as well as Japan and India, showed their passion for Rotary’s work. I walked away inspired and with new friends! "
