Registration
You can still register online, however don’t delay, we will be letting the Hotel know our numbers by Wednesday morning, after which, we cannot guarantee any dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Click here for details and to process your registration today!
When you arrive, Rotary Uncorked registration will be located in the White Oaks Lobby between 4:30PM and 9:30PM on Friday evening and between 7:00AM and 10:00AM on Saturday morning. If you arrive after 10:00AM on Saturday, please proceed to the Ideas Hub in the Gardenview Foyer to pick up your registration materials. If you need to remit payment for the balance owing, please note that this can be done with a credit card or via cheque made out to Rotary District 7070.

White Oaks has sold out for the weekend. If you are looking to book a room, please call the hotel directly to inquire. Otherwise there are many choices close by in Niagara Falls.

Dress Code
While no formal dress code will be in effect, Rotary-branded attire is always welcome, as well as business casual clothing for during the day and cocktail/business casual attire for dinner. Some do dress up for the Saturday dinner.
Friday Golf Tournament
On Friday, November 3rd, the Nina Cole Rotary Invitational Golf Tournament will take place at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club. The 9-hole best-ball tournament is being offered at $40.00 per golfer and will run from 1:00PM – 4:30PM. For more information and to register please visit our website.
