Join us for the annual Rotary AIDS Poker Walk in Toronto to promote HIV/AIDS awareness and to raise money to support life-saving projects and organizations, locally and internationally.

Due the vast geographical span of our district, Toronto has worked in tandem with Belleville to put on two AIDS walks so that all clubs have an opportunity to participate somewhere not too far from home. We encourage you to once again participate through support and attendance in 2018 at the walk closest to you.

*This year, at the Toronto walk, we are supporting the work of the Ontario Aboriginal HIV/AIDS Strategy (OAHAS). The goal of OAHAS is to provide culturally respectful and sensitive programs and strategies to respond to the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic among Aboriginal Peoples in Ontario, through promotion, prevention, long-term care, treatment and support initiatives consistent with harm reduction principles. The strategy is a provincially mandated AIDS service organization that provides outreach and support services, through regional outreach workers, to off-reserve Aboriginal Peoples who are living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
