Several of you (mainly the newbies!) have asked about a more formal "training session" for AGs.  We did cover off an outline of what's coming up in the next year...but I realize that was in January, when snow was on the ground and minds were perhaps still numb from winter.  Or perhaps my mind was still foggy from San Diego.  ;-)

What I'd like to do is treat everyone to dinner!  Now they say "there's no such thing as a free lunch..."

For the newbie, I'd ask you to please read the AG Manual you were provided when you first agreed to the role.  That will save some time from asking questions that are already answered - and maybe generate new ones.  For those taking over a Club, if you have not already, please have a coffee or phone chat with the AG you're taking over from.

In exchange, dinner awaits you.

The objective of the evening is to more fully discuss the year ahead, specific objectives, what's expected of your role, Club visits (DG & AG), and some of the changes we are implementing in the district.  And, of course - to answer any questions you may have.

As a team, you are an important part of making the next year a success for our Clubs.  Getting a date that works for everyone is nigh impossible, so I am really hoping you can make it, or amend your schedules if at all possible so you can.

If you have any specific topics or questions you want addressed, I would ask you to email them directly to Doug Byers (dougbyers@rogers.com) ahead of time:  we'll do our best to make sure the AG Toolkit has everything you need to make you succeed!

If you haven't pre notified me of your intentions,  Please do confirm you received this email by selecting either "accept" or "decline" then scroll down to register for, or decline the invitation.  Thank you for helping me work the system so the system works for all!
