Grant Training is offered 3 times in a Rotary year.  PE required to attend each year.  The club Grant Chair if it stays the same person need attend once every three years.  All new Grant chairs are then required to attend.  Attendance is a requirement for submitting all grants.  This same seminar is offered 3 times... only need to attend one session.
