One of the many challenges facing clubs is leadership: convincing people that they are leaders, debunking the idea that Presidents-elect are chosen from those who aren't at the meeting, spreading the word that one of our best kept secrets is that Rotary is a training ground for leaders at all levels, and that our Rotary training transcends the Rotary Club and is applicable in our "everyday/work" lives.
