Facilitator Training

It is with pleasure that I invite each of you and your committee members to our SECOND Facilitator Training Seminar for this Rotary Year. Our FIRST Training was conducted on August 20, 2016 with almost 30 in attendance.
As the District Training Committee Chair, I attended a number of training sessions both this year and last year. Although most of the presenters did a very fine job, there is a need for facilitator training to make each of us consistent in our presentations.
Even though you may be a seasoned facilitator, a refresher course can make you even better. If you have not been through this type of training before, you will come away with newfound skills and a renewed enthusiasm for presenting your own seminars. I might note, that this training may also be of value to you in your personal and vocational endeavors.
Please let me know by January 16, 2017 if you plan to attend. Also, alert all your committee members so they may sign up. Please know that anyone interested (including your “significant other”) is more that welcome to attend. Cost is $15 for lunch, payable on site.
