Given the synergy between what Sir Edmund stood for in terms of humanitarian spirit and the ideals of Rotary these Ice Axes I believe are a perfect fit  to generate some significant funds from for your various fundraising endeavors.
These are not sold to the public as an item of memorabilia, just to charities, corporate sponsors and summiteers for who we personalise them with photos of their own adventures.  The reason is this keeps the value in the market extremely high and reduces exposure ensuring demand.
How can we make this work for you?

First we can supply these on a sale or return basis for an auction which means no risk to you at all.

You can also increase the return by asking a local company to sponsor one which mean they cover the cost. Their branding can be included giving them the kudos for donating an item that can achieve significant sums on the night.

We can provide you with a range of images not only of the Ice Axe but also of Sir Edmund which helps to endear the public and remind them of what an outstanding human being he was.  We can also provide any copy required for your promotions, emails etc.

Prices can be negotiated based on the volume Rotary has the potential to achieve.

On a non sale or return basis where for example a sponsor covers the cost, we can personalize the plaque to your requirements and even change out the photos along the bottom to reflect the work you do.  We can also include a motivational statement either one of Sir Edmund's or one of Rotaries.

"It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves"

"People do not become extraordinary, they decide to do extraordinary things"

We could offer a Rotary NZ Limited Edition of say 10 or 20 units whereby each unit is numbered as a Rotary Limited Edition out of 10 or 20 or by District or Branch including logos and any branding you may choose. Very open to discussion on this option.

20% of the price we sell to you goes to support one of several charities we support in the name of Sir Edmund.  You choose which one.

Our standard sale or return price to charity organisations is NZ$2995.00 and the lowest achieved that I am aware of at a charity event is $5000.00 with an average of around $10K several over $25K and the highest being $100,000.00

This really is a win win scenario for all involved and we would appreciate your consideration to include them in your programme going forward.  Thinking bigger this project is ideally suited to Rotary International at global level  and we would love to explore this option with you and the appropriate people at the Rotary Foundation if at all possible.

I look forward to discussing this opportunity in more detail in the near future. Let me know if you have any questions at this stage.

Thank you

Kindest regards
Alan
