Rotary of Harlingen's guest speaker at the regularly scheduled meeting was Matt Z. Ruszczak. Mr. Ruszczak serves as the Executive Director for the Rio South Texas Economic Council. Mr. Ruszczak shared valuable information along with statistics pertaining to the Rio Grande Valley amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
