 We Are People of Action!!!!
 
The most enjoyable part of my visits with our Rotary Clubs is listening to you talk about the service projects done by your Club.  In your faces, I see excitement about what you do in your community and across the globe.  The balance of this Newsletter highlights service!!!!!   
In your club planning and thinking about service in 2020, please consider partnering with other Rotary Clubs to expand your  International Service.  For as little as $500 you can work with Boerne Sunrise Rotary Club on a project in Acuna Mexico to provide school supplies.   And, there are many more opportunities to start your own International project or partner with others to serve.  
 
On January 17th, we celebrate the Rotary Foundation with our Million Dollar Dinner.   The purpose is to honor those who significantly increase their  Rotary Foundation giving of current cash or a deferred gift through their estate plan.   As People of Action, we believe it is very important to be sure the Rotary Foundation continues its outstanding service for decades to come.
 
As your District Governor, I am very proud of you for all you do.
