The Rotary Club of Blanco County is proud to present the Paul Harris Award to many of its members. Joe Garcia was able to present the award personally to Hal Switzer.
The other members who were recognized at our zoom meeting were: Pat Clewell, Tracy Barr, Stephen Hartman, Anne Maria Morgan and Leta Garcia plus 7. The leadership and members thank all of these persons for their leadership, time and efforts in helping our community.
