The Rotary Club of Wimberley is happy to announce the winner and runner up of the third Danforth Rotary Loves Readers contest of the school year. This challenge asked students to read a book about an individual who must overcome adversity, then present an interview of that individual that reveals how he or she prevailed.
The runner up is 6th grader Carys Bowling. Carys received $50. The winner of $100 is 7th grader, Molly Massey, with her entry about Wonder by R. J. Palacio. Molly is asked to contact Mr. Howard about collecting her prize.
