Our event will take place at the state of the art Frank Frickett Scout Training and Service Center located at 12500 N. Interstate 35 , Austin, TX 78753.

 

We will be offering exceptional training not only for our District Governors - Nominee, District Governors - Elect, but also for our District Foundation Chairs, District Membership Chairs, District Public Image Chairs and District Treasurers.

The Rotary Multi-District Training Institute is governed by a board of Rotarians representing 10 Rotary Districts located in Texas and Oklahoma including: 5730,5750,5770,5790,5810,5840,5870,5910,and 5930

 

The institute takes great pride is offering interactive and high quality training for the following strands. DGEs and DGNs are encouraged to bring their Membership Chairman, Foundation Chairman, Public Image Chairman, and Treasurer with them.

It is the prefect way to kick start your tenure as a Rotary District Leader.

 

DGE/DGN

The DGE/DGN Training will be provided by Rotary International Vice President Greg Podd. The Rotary Leadership Institute is a training program established to substantially improve the Rotary knowledge and leadership skills of the future leaders of Rotary clubs and districts.

 

MEMBERSHIP

The RMDTI Membership training team provides the necessary training for District Membership Teams to enable them to assist the Rotary Club Membership Director in increasing the membership of their clubs. Facilitators: RRC David Norris and RC Dick Jones

 

FOUNDATION

The Rotary Foundation is the life blood of the work that Rotarians do around the world. This training will help the District Foundation Teams in understanding the how the Foundation works with the District and provide guidance to the District Foundation Team about the various uses of the Rotary Foundation at the District level. Facilitators: RRFC Suzi Howe and RRFC Larry Dimmitt

 

TREASURER

With a move to have Rotary become more transparent in the use of District funds and its resources RMDTI has created a training session for the District Treasurer. Facilitator: PDG Ronny Reynolds

 

 

PUBLIC IMAGE

Public Image is critical to any Rotary District and the image that the public has about Rotary and the Rotary Clubs in their cities.Rotary Public Image Coordinators have expertise in the fields of public relations, journalism, or communications. They help club and district leaders share Rotary's successes with the community and media, local civic and government leaders, nongovernmental Facilitator: RPIC-Lisa Herring
