Trip to Rotary International Being Planned

A trip is being planned to tour RI's headquarters in Evanston, IL on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.  The agenda for the day is still in the planning process, but this article will be updated as that information becomes available.

 

Here's what we have so far:

 

Tentative Price:  $40/person.  This is based on 40 people attending (but we will have room for 50 - first come/first serve) and includes a coach bus and lunch.

Time:  We will meet at the Knights of Columbus located at 1800 S. 92nd Street in West Allis and leave at 8:00 am sharp.  (free parking - lower lot)   We should be back about 5:00-5:30 pm depending upon traffic.

Deadline for Reservations: February 10, 2014.  

 

Where to Mail Your Reservation: Rotary District 6270, P.O. Box 384, Hartland, WI   53029  (Checks payable to Rotary District 6270)  Please include your name and club name.

 

John Hannes, our district and club support person will be on hand to greet us.  Tours of RI will be done in small groups, and will include a tour of Room 711, which is a replica of the office of Paul Harris.  Our other speakers are still in the process of being confirmed.  More info. to follow.
