As Rotarians, we thrive on connections and 'doing good' in our communities and around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly challenged us to get creative in how we stay connected. Kudos to the many clubs who are meeting virtually! Moving forward, we need to consider a hybrid meeting approach to open doors to those who are eager to meet in person, while respecting -- and involving -- those who choose to practice physical distancing. Meetings will look different! And, hybrid meetings open new opportunities in the way of speakers, visitors, and new members.

We are offering Keeping Rotarians Connected: Hybrid Meetings. In this session, District Technology Chair Don Griffing will explain the technical requirements, basic set-up, and costs associated with hybrid meetings. We will also have time to discuss obstacles and answer questions. This session is part of our ongoing effort to help clubs engage members and grow membership. We will be offering the session twice to accommodate schedules. We ask that you attend; and also invite the club members who will help you with this important work. We encourage participation from meeting coordinators, program chairs, membership chairs, and other club officers. It is open to all members.

Please register in advance for the session that works best for you!
