Training is an extremely important part of every club and every district at each level of participation.  Your club functions best when leadership chooses people based on their strengths, and those appointees understand their role and responsibilities.  Your training team is here to facilitate learning on all topics and at all levels.  Whatever you need help with, we can provide it; from individual training on specific roles to group training on topics such as club and district technology, The Rotary Foundation, or membership.  We will either provide the training ourselves or arrange for the appropriate district leader to train you.  All you have to do is ask.  No topic is too small or too large, and we can custom design a program to fit your needs.

In the column on the left, you will find very helpful resources that will help you run your club.  Don't forget Rotary.org for anything that you don't see here.  Just click on the "Rotary International" link in the column on the left.  The best way to find a resource on Rotary.org is to Google it first.  Make sure the result you choose has the url rotary.org in it.  Many districts publish their own versions of things that may or may not reflect what we do in our district.
