We are planning a Rotary Friendship Exchange between District 9700 and District 9940, New Zealand (Lower half of the North Island).
There are two opportunities for you and your Club to participate:
Opportunity 1 – for Rotary Clubs
We are looking for 4 Rotary Clubs to host the inbound team in September 2018 – to share your home and to show them real Aussie hospitality. With our District offering a diverse range of experiences – from brilliant seasonal changes and colours, fabulous food and wine, magnificent landscapes and a rich cultural heritage – we have the chance to show off the best our cities have to offer. This is a great opportunity to have International Rotarians in your midst for three or four days and in the course of this you will make great friends.
Opportunity 2 – for Rotarians and Partners
The plan is for D9700 Rotarians and partners to go “across the ditch” in early 2019 (probably February). The exchange groups are typically 10-12 people and we are looking for either single Rotarians or a Rotarian with partner. This will be an ‘on the go’ vacation so be prepared for 14 days filled with adventure, friendship and new experiences.
