DG George is looking forward to catching up with his Presidents again and will be interested in hearing how the year is progressing. George and the District Board members as well as the Assistant Governors will be in attendance and will be happy to assist in any way they can. Presidents always enjoy the fellowship and information shared by their fellow Rotarians and gain new ideas that they can use in their Presidential year.
This is an important date for Presidents as the Annual General Meeting will be held and Presidents are the Delegates for their Clubs. The Constitution requires that 60% of clubs attend, and a Delegate voting form is available for Presidents who are unable to attend. Please assist the District Board in this matter.
President can appoint another club member, or appoint a Board member to represent them. Please hand the form to the Registration Desk on arrival, or email to Marilyn Roberts prior to 12th October.
