Above is a summary of the membership trends for District 9705 (ACT & southern NSW) over the last year and last 5 years, taken from information recently provided by RI via Barbara Mifsud. Turning these trends around is not just a one year effort.
At the International Assembly January 2020, General Secretary John Hewko encouraged all to innovate and grow Rotary through
- Innovation in existing clubs that want to change
- Creation of new and different clubs
- Incorporating Rotaractors as the extraordinary partners and resource that they are

Upcoming New Clubs Forum ( 3rd September and 8th October) - members are encouraged to attend these 1 hour online webinars which are designed to assist those who would like to learn from those who have had success establishing new club types and growing Rotary.
