Fundraising is a significant portion of what we do as Rotarians, and it comes with it's own set of rewards and challenges. Club members have an opportunity to try new things, interact with the public, connect with each other in fellowship and more. How do we keep longevity in our campaigns? How do we respect our member's time by simplifying laborious tasks? How we do adapt our campaigns for new technologies?

Is there a way that clubs within our District can share information, offer advice and guidance to each other, and make our fundraisers more successful and less laborious? I hope so!

In future newsletters I will be featuring one fundraiser by a club in the district, for your inspiration. This month it's the 14th Annual Chili Cook-Off & WestShore Showcase by the Rotary Club of West Shore.
Does your club have a similar fundraiser? Connect and share information and inspire and help each other!

About The Cook-Off

You are invited to participate in the 14th Annual Chili Cook-Off & WestShore Showcase on September 8th at Belmont Secondary School in Langford!

This community event invites everyone from the West Shore and beyond to enjoy and judge, amazing chili while interacting with the numerous organizations that call our community home. Last year, we had over 400+ attendees and this year we expect even more
