The registration cost of $9 (check made out to District4 7780, or cash) covers a light meal and supplies. It can be paid at the door or, preferably in advance.       Mail to:  11 Todd Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME. 04107.   The invitation is open to clubs whether or not they have done a formal District vision event.

Session Overview: The District Visioning Committee is working to improve Club knowledge and execution of a strategic planning process. During our last Committee meeting, we decided to refocus our efforts on P.E’s to help tie Rotary Club Central and Club Leadership Development planning work into the vision to plan (V2P) process.   P.E.’s were exposed to strategic planning concepts at the recent PETS conference and we will share two presentations at the District Assembly,  that show how club vision and proper execution of a strategic plan can lead to membership enhancement and effective club activities.

Session Details:   We hope that P.E.’s specifically, or their representatives will bring 1 or 2 area of focus and associated goals,  that are being formulated for next year.   We plan to conduct exercises, whereby we review obstacles to success and opportunities to improve their execution.   We will tie V2P concepts to the Rotary Club Central work being done at this time.

We also hope that Workshop 5 attendees will each bring back a couple of fully executed planning forms, which were discussed and worked on at the last Workshop.

Our committee is confident that this upcoming workshop will benefit all attendees.

Payment can be made at the door, or in advance.
Make checks payable to District 7780, and they can be mail to the address below.
