Valley HS Interact Club Hosts 2018 District 5450 Interact Conference – ‘ Be The Inspiration’
On Saturday, November 3, 2018 over 75 Interactors and Sponsors attended the District Interact Conference in Gilcrest, CO. The Valley HS Interact Club diligently worked and provided another outstanding event, like ones held in years prior. Members of 16 Interact Clubs interacted in a day of icebreakers, leadership training, inspiration from speakers who shared their service – local, international, along with experiences from YRYLA/RYLA. A keynote was provided by Preethi Burkholder, accomplished international speaker and author, native of Sri Lanka. Presidential Citations were awarded to Fitzsimmons Middle School Interact and Cimarron Middle School Interact. Interact Clubs shared their goals for the coming year to close out the day. Kudos to Valley HS Interact Club and Platteville Rotary Club for hosting an outstanding 2018 Interact Conference! You are an inspiration!
