To attend the convention and experience the fellowship of Rotary at an International level, follow these steps.
1. REGISTER TO ATTEND THE CONVENTION

To enjoy the greatest savings for your registration, and the peace of mind that come with planning ahead, Rotarians and other attendees are encouraged to register before the Early Bird Discount expires on 15 December 2019.

15 December 2019: Last day for early-registration discount
31 March 2020: Last day for preregistration discount
30 April 2020: Last day to request to cancel registrations or tickets

3. TRAVEL TO Honolulu and Beyond
Many Rotarians in the travel industry have developed outstanding travel programs to the Convention. 4. SPECIAL EVENTS:
We will have further announcements regarding special events during the Convention including the Zone 25/26 reception and District 5170 event. These events tend to be a highlight of the convention and we hope you and your club members may consider attending them.
