PP Barry Seach (Rotary Club of Carlingford) delivers the Welcome to Country at the Australia Day flag raising at the John Wearn Reserve, Carlingford as the opener to the combined Australia Day activities provided by the Rotary clubs of Carlingford, Beecroft and North Rocks. This was one of the many Rotary Club ceremonies that took place that day, which all went a long way towards meeting the Reflect Respect Celebrate motto of this Australia Day.
