Rotarian in the News: AG David Condon

Our Area 4 Assistant Governor, George David Condon, IV was recently honored at a banquet to salute Business West's "40 Under Forty Class of 2014." He was chosen by a panel of judges to receive the award and was profiled in a recent edition of Business West.
David is Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Security Solutions Inc. As the article in Business West pointed out, it isn’t so easy having a Roman numeral at the end of your name. That's something George David Condon, IV has found out during his career. While family members call him George, to the rest of the world he goes by his middle name, David.
Customers calling the business looking for “George” and were always asked, “Which one?” That’s because he works just down the hall from his father, George D Condon, III. Customers would reply “Big George” and the next question would be, “Do you mean the older George or the taller George?”
To clear it all up, our AG started going by “David,” and that’s how he is known to us.
David is one of the youngest people ever to join the West Springfield Rotary Club and then became the club's youngest president. Now he's one of the youngest AG’s in our District. He’s a relentless promoter of Rotary, as evidenced by the photo.
But what’s this businessperson doing behind drums? Showing us his artistic side. Along with his other activities, David finds time to play on the road and in the studio with a garage band called Scrap Iron Sun.
