During a recent trip to New Zealand, President Isobel and PP Mark Caulfield of the Rotary Club of Berwick took this photo of Rotamoo, which has been erected by the Rotary Club of Morrinsville.

Morrinsville is in the heart of the mighty Waikato dairy farming area in the upper North Island. The cow represents the colours of the 220 nations of the world in which Rotary is active and one of Rotary’s objectives of creating international understanding, peace and goodwill amongst all people regardless of their colour, race or creed.

"Rotamoo"  simply represents the diversity of the world and that New Zealand is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic community that seeks equality.

What might amaze you though, is that Morrinsville was the first Rotary Club that our DG Adrian joined back in 1989 – no bull!
