Strategic Planning & Membership Committee Meeting

Membership is a challenge!  Good news! Our efforts to date have resulted in plus 4 members from July 1st! This is a win, but we need to implement the winning practices in more clubs. 

This meeting will be a joint venture with the Strategic Planning Committee. Please try to attend. 

We will meet Saturday morning, February 8th from 9 to 11 in Macedonia at 9100 South Hills Blvd.  Ste 150, Broadview Hts., 44147  Tel: 216-525-4841

We  will be deciding on which clubs will be asked to engage in the Zone Membership Plan. Our committee members will be asked to make formal visits to Clubs to help implement the membership program. 

We will hear from John Bosco who has had great results in Nordonia Hills. His club has almost doubled in size this Rotary year.

Considering a few clubs working the plan are up almost 50 members, this means the others have lost that many! Our goal is to reach these clubs with declining numbers.

We can grow Rotary, we can build from here, we can do it together, but we need to commit to doing it!
