Camp RYLA is a program that has been in existence since 1991. It is a District sponsored program. Camp RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a 5 day leadership training camp held usually the second or third week in June, which focuses on personal and professional development of high school students.  Rotary clubs throughout the world are committed to helping shape the leadership skills of today’s youth.  Camp RYLA is one way Rotarians achieve this goal.

Approximately 2 students from the same area high school, who will be Seniors in the 2018-2019 year,  will be selected for this scholarship award along with 55-65 other talented and enthusiastic leaders from high schools throughout Northeastern Ohio.  Camp RYLA proves that a student can make friends— and have FUN —while learning & growing!

Leadership 6630 Class is invited to attend the Closing Banquet for Camp RYLA which is pretty powerful event.  I hope to see you there.

Banquet Reservations/RSVP

We would really like a good showing of Rotarians at the banquet. If you are sending a participant, it is highly suggested that you have a representative from your Club at the banquet. The banquet will be Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 6:00pm in the Ballroom of the Union (Strosacker Hall) at Baldwin Wallace University. The cost of the banquet is $20.00 per person. Payable by CASH or CHECK.  Please be prepared to pay at the door upon entering. Checks should be made out to Rotary District 6630 - RYLA.
