District Forum for Club Leadership

DG Peter Scott is inviting you to join our District e-forum on Monday evening, March 23 at 7:00PM.

I received so many responses from the four question survey I sent, the top being:

1) How do we set up e-meetings for our club?

2) What services should we consider adding in our community?

3) How else should we communicate with vulnerable members of our club?

3) What training opportunities will be available for next year's Club Board?

These issues will be discussed, plus many other points identified in this survey and we will discuss as many of them as possible.  Mostly, I want to create a forum where club leaders can meet to discuss current issues and share ideas.  These are unpresented times - for the first time in Rotary History the International Convention has been cancelled.  Our Families are being asked to shelter in place in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus.  Our economy, and our own pocketbooks are already hurting.  So, what's next, people are asking?  And how best will we manage this crisis?

We need to communicate with each other in order to get through this as effectively as possible, so Monday evening we will host our first district wide Club Leadership Forum.  Let's meet, discuss the issues, share solutions, and let your District Leaders know how we can best be your Customer Service Department during this crisis.  John Pokorny will send you an invitation with a link to the Zoom Club Leadership Forum but please put on your calendar now: it will be held Monday, March 23 at 7:00 PM.
