Because this is our districts annual business meeting, participants will need to Register in advance to record attendance and club representation at the meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please keep a copy of the confirmation e-mail available for the the day of the meeting because the meeting link is included in that e-mail.

In a "normal" year the Annual Business Meeting is held during District Conference.  Since 2020 has been anything but normal, our 2019-2020 Rotary Business Meeting will be held by Zoom on Thursday, November 5th at 4:00PM.  I am asking that each 2019-2020 and current Club President or their representative from our District attend to be updated on District Finances, our District Foundation and other District Business.  All club members are welcome to attend!   A full agenda will be sent to you soon.
