Cortland Rotary collected 1,200 children’s picture books in a joint effort with Lakeview Elementary School. These books will be shipped by Rotary District 6650-Ohio to Rotary District 3450-Mongolia. The books will be translated from English to Mongolian through Rotary International initiatives and distributed to school children in rural Mongolia by both Ohio and Mongolian Rotarians. Rotary is a “Service Above Self” organization inspiring peace and goodwill to our community and world.
