Support Our YEP Scholarship Fund and Help Us Get the Word Out About STEP
We cannot award these scholarships without the support of our clubs and individual Rotarians. We ask that you again consider donating to this worthy cause. Even if your club is not participating in YEP by sponsoring an Outbound or hosting an Inbound student, a donation to the scholarship fund is another great way to support YEP. Donations may be made payable to District 6650 YEP and mailed to Bonnie Davis at 49682 McClure Road, East Palestine, Ohio 44413. Also, please join us on Saturday, April 8th for YEP activities at the District Conference. You won’t want to miss our Inbound Student’s talent show. Finally, we ask that you help us get the word out about STEP – Short Term Exchange Program. We are currently accepting applications from students who wish to participate in this program. The program matches one of our students with a host sibling and family in another country. The students spend up to one month in the summer in each family’s home. Costs are minimal, but the experience is worth a great deal. Students and their parents are encouraged to contact Bill Wood at (330) 284-4779 for more details.
