WE NEED YOUR HELP
Rotary International (RI) and the Melbourne Convention Host Organising Committee (HOC) are now seeking potential sponsors and exhibitors for the Rotary International Convention to be held in May 2023.
The HOC has been asked to submit a list of prospective sponsors and exhibitors to RI before the end of this calendar year. Formal approaches to sponsors will not be made until RI has approved the list.
Rotary will develop a Rights & Benefits document, a promotional brochure, and a power point presentation to be shared with potential sponsors.
The following Convention Sponsorship levels have been established:
Sponsorship Level | Sponsorship Fee |
Diamond | US$200,000 - above |
Platinum | US$100,000 - $199,999 |
Gold | US$50,000 - $99,999 |
Silver | US$25,000 - $49,999 |
House of Friendship Supporter | US$10,000 - $24,999 |
House of Friendship Exhibitor | Price to be confirmed by RI |
To compile our list of possible companies to approach, the HOC seeks the advice of local Rotarians. We need your suggestions for likely sponsors and exhibitors. Although not essential, it would be ideal if you could provide us with the following information:
- Name of the Company
- Contact at the Company
- Level of Interest from the Company
- Rotary's contact person
- Possible value of sponsorship
