Rotary Club of Waltham partnered with youth from the Waltham Boys & Girls Club to plant 43 trees. Youth ages 11-14 developed leadership skills and an appreciation for environmental sustainability through this impactful project.
The City of Waltham also played a key role by designating a landscaper to work with the group to decide on locations and taught them proper planting techniques.
