River’s Edge Arts Alliance and Hudson Rotary Club present “A Taste of Ireland”
Not Irish? No worries! Everyone is invited to “A Taste of Ireland” presented by the River’s Edge Arts Alliance and the Hudson Rotary Club.
This first ever collaboration of two hometown organizations will be the talk of the town and you don’t want to miss out on a night or Irish Music, Shenanigans and Tomfoolery. The night will kick off with Irish Beer and Irish Food sampling as well as a performance by Irish Step Dance students from Dance On Studio in Hudson. We dare you not to laugh at a hilarious set from Dave Rattigan, a Massachusetts bred Comedian, before our headlining band The Jolly Beggars. The Jolly Beggars bring the rich tradition of Celtic folk music and storytelling to modern day audiences. Based out of Connecticut, their traditional songs and musical arrangements have exposed many to the joys of Celtic music. They tell traditional stories from Irish folklore and intersperse their musical arrangements with traditional reels and jigs.
Tickets for this fantastic event are now on sale. Advance tickets for $18 (cash or check only) can be bought at the River’s Edge Arts Alliance or from a Hudson Rotary Club Member. Tickets can also be purchased online for $20 plus fees at upwitharts.org. Tickets will be available at the door for $25. Tables of 10 can be reserved by calling 978-562-1646.
