12:00 - Registration and lunch meetings:

~ District 7910 Teen Council (see what a vibrant district council looks like (slideshow); identify opportunities in our district)
~ Interact officers exchange contact details and plan how to present: a) Presidential Citation requirements, b) succession planning for the May 4 Summer Send-off, c) interim dates of Oct. 30 national projects week and Nov. 11 video competition d) international service projects
~ Rotarians (co-ordinate Interact communication, schedules and priorities (joint projects, international action, family engagement, etc.)

1pm - Welcome and overview  (led by RYLAns and Council members)

~ tips from our most vibrant Interact clubs
~ How to earn the Presidential Citation
~ video competition and examples
~ international service projects
~ succession and Summer Send-off ideas
~ How can Rotarians help?

1:30pm - Separate tracks for teens and Rotarians

    Teens: Piloting activites from Break Free From Stress & Anxiety (led by Boston Children's Hospital)
     Rotarians:
                   ~ Communications, Presidential Citation, recognizing 9/15 ==> 5/4 Interact year (led by District Interact committee)
                   ~ Other opportunities and challenges (including ideas with international members and projects)    

3:30pm - Joint session of teens and Rotarians

                   ~ Interactional Action opportunities and district project ideas
                   ~ Rotary Magazine interview on Peer Leadership & Depression Prevention (USA, Puerto Rico, India, and Nigeria)

4pm -  Free time to connect and share ideas

4:30pm - Conclusion
