D7910 Quarterly Foundation Committee Meeting Q4

This meeting is open to all Rotarians and will be especially useful to Club Foundation Chirs for the current and year as well as the upcoming year.
The purpose of the meeting is to have Foundation Subcommittee Chairs to present an update on their activities during the first 2017-18 and the plans for the last 2 months.
There is no charge for attending the meeting/ Participants will order their meal and pay for it themselves.
To make meal delivery efficient, the hotel has asked that we pre-order our meals ahead of time from three choices:
- Meal A: Mobley Burger w. Cheese, French Fries
- Meal B: Vegetarian Cobb Salad w. black beans, brown rice, avocado, onion, tomato, cucumber
- Meal C: Bistro Chicken Sandwich - balsamic glazed chicken w. Canadian bacon & mozzarella cheese
- Beverage Choices - Water, Soft drink or Coffee
- Dessert Choices: Cookie or Brownie
The charge for meal, beverage and dessert will be $20, including the tip. You will be responsible for the $20 payment. Bring a $20 note or charge your meal to a debit/credit card.
Please communicate your meal, beverage and dessert choice by Sunday Evening (May 6) to sanjdesh51@aol.com. The hotel will make sure the meal is ready and prepared. If you don't communicate your choice, you will have to settle for whatever is available and whenever it is ready.
