At this meeting we will discuss the responsibilities of the District Trustees,
explain the financial reports and explain the various financial accounts 
(operating, grant, Permanent, Special Purpose, Credit Card, RYLA etc.).
 
A special reasonably priced food menu will be provided. Attendee need to pay on their own. Here are the menu choices:

Turkey BLT on sourdough bread

Grilled chicken caeser wrap

Chunk white tuna salad on whole grain

Asian chicken salad

Chicken Caesar salad
