AG Meeting: Zoom Online Meeting

We have the technology and we're gonna use it!

This will be an online meeting using the Zoom program.  The goal is to make connecting to each other easier, quicker, and less expensive in both time and treasure.

The link to join is at the bottom, AND I will send it to you in an email.  All YOU have to do it click on the link, sit in front of your computer, tablet, or phone and point the camera at yourself.  All technologies are supported by Zoom.  If you'd like to check out Zoom, click HERE to go to their website.

If you wish, you can join audio only on your phone (or turn off the video on your computer).  

Some hints for a successful meeting:

-Try Zoom out beforehand if you'd never used it.  I'm happy to set up a test meeting for just you and me.  Just let me know.

-Please choose a quiet place to participate.  

-No lighting or windows/doors behind you (it makes seeing you very difficult).

-Please MUTE your microphone if you're not speaking.
