Every club around the district is doing an outstanding job with putting on events that embody The Four Way Test. Here is a list of those:

♥ Rotary Club of Fort Lee, "Special Honors" Fundraiser, Fort Lee Recreation Center, bottom of Stillwell Ave, Fort Lee, Dec 9, 6:30

The Rotary Club of Fort Lee is holding a "Special Honors" fundraiser in support of our District's Military Family Assistance Program. Honorees include two time Purple Heart recipient, Dave Cathcart and our District Governor and Veteran, Steve Jarahian.

Tickets: $50 per person
Catered by Outback Steakhouse of Edgewater, DJ music

♥ Park Ridge Rotary Club, Fresh Fruit Festival, orders must be received by November 16, pick up on Saturday December 16, 10 am - 12 noon.

Park Ridge Rotary is selling Seedless Navel Oranges and Pink Grapefruit shipped fresh from Indian River, Florida. Order a full carton of Oranges or a full carton of Grapefruit for $48 or a half carton for $29. Each full carton is approximately 42 pounds of fruit.

Click here to get the order form. Print it out, fill it out, and mail it to the address on the form along with your check. Orders must be received by November 16. Orders picked up at the International Bulb Company, 5 Wortendyke Ave, Montvale, Saturday, December 16, 10 am - noon.

♥ Wayne Rotary Club, Annual Fruit Sale, orders must be received by November 16, pick up on Saturday December 3, 8 am - 12 noon.

Wayne Rotary is in the midst of its 37th annual Fruit Sale, an effort that has, over the years, donated $600,000 to local charities. You can buy cases of freshly delivered Florida navel oranges (about 42 pounds) for $38 per case. Pink Grapefruit (42 pounds) costs $35 per case. And your choice of Empire apples, Golden Delicious, or mixed apples (20 pounds) for $30 a case.

Distribution will be Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Vander May Colonial Funeral Home parking lot, 567 Ratzer Rd., in Wayne, from 8am until Noon. Order by credit card at www.rotaryclubwaynenj.org, or use the order form. Click here for order form.

♥ Rotary Club of Paterson, Elf Project, Purchasing Coats and Toys for 307 pre-K though third grade children in Paterson school #10, asking other clubs to help.

Paterson Rotary Clubs are looking for help purchasing new coats and toys for 307 pre-K through third grade children in Paterson School #10 that they will give out just before the Christmas holidays. ♥ Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club asking other clubs if they have any leftover dictionaries from their dictionary projects for Project Literacy basic adult literacy program in Hackensack

President Chris Stout of the Ridgewood AM Rotary Club is looking for leftover dictionaries any clubs may have from their dictionary projects to use as part of Project Literacy's basic adult literacy program. If any club has some, please contact Chris at c.stout@project-literacy.org.

♥ Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club asking other clubs to join them in helping Father Marc's Orphanage in Haiti

The Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club is asking other clubs to join them in sending disaster relief to Father Marc's orphanage in Haiti which was devastated by the recent hurricane.
