Important Info on Ebola - from Rotarian Dr.Howard Robins

I have just returned from Sierra Leone in West Africa
 
To all my Rotary friends in District 7255:
 
As you probably know by now I have just returned from Sierra Leone in West Africa.
 I went there with Dr. Robert Rowen, M.D. from Santa Rosa Calif. to train their doctors in The Robins Method of Direct Intravenous Ozone Therapy.
 
 I have pioneered what is now considered around the world to be the most powerful, effective, and safest way of doing medical ozone therapy, over these past 24 years, making me the foremost clinical expert in the use of ozone in North America and one of the world-wide experts on it use. I have performed over 200,000 treatments at a rate of over 10,000+ treatments per year, more than all the ozone doctors in all of North America combined.
 
As I never had the intention of treating Ebola patients or even going into an Ebola treatment center in SL, nor did I, I have been permitted by the NY State Health Dept to do a 21 quarantine in my home.
 
This is very important to know so please read carefully:
 
Dr. Rowen and I developed the Rowen and Robins Ebola Ozone Protocols. As experts now on Ebola we are absolutely certain of two things. 
 
First: if you understand the biochemistry of the virus and of ozone, it is clear that ozone will absolutely destroy it. It is similar in form to the HIV virus and Hepatitis C virus as well as the Epstein-Barr virus which we have extensive, successful experience in destroying over these many years.
 
We are waiting to hear the results from the doctors who will be treating patients in Liberia and private clinics in Sierra Leone.
 
Second: If you become a patient and do a series of ozone treatments you will accomplish two things. You will cleanse and detoxify your immune system. Thus Dr. Rowen and I along with the doctors from Sierra Leone sincerely believe that you will not easily get the virus even if in contact with someone who has it, and or it will effect you minimally.
 
We believe the virus will be destroyed by your heightened immune system, like bullets bouncing off Superman’s chest!
 
The second thing you will accomplish, is that once you are patient, if you ever feel you are getting a fever, headache or flu like symptoms, the first signs of Ebola you can come immediately and get a lifesaving ozone treatment. I will not accept un-established ill patients, so don’t try. Come in now and establish yourself, as a patient, and I will be there for you when you need me. No exceptions will me made, so don’t test me, I mean it.
 
I will offer all Rotarians and their families in District 7255 who are in good standing (dues paid to District and RI) NO consultation fee(a saving of $250) and a fee of just $50 per treatment (50% off my normal fee of $100). I will contribute 1/2 of fees collected to the RI Foundation so the District will get back 50% in three years.
 
Please do not count on unproven vaccinations or unproven pharmaceuticals to save your life or that of your family and friends. Medical ozone is time tested and proven effective and safe.
 
 In addition the therapy will help rid your body of probably most anything else you suffer from. After all, if we can destroy Ebola, do you think your other health problems can be worse?

Dear Robert and Howard,
I want to personally thank you and Howard for coming to my Country at this time to FREELY share with us this LIFE SAVING therapy with tremendous cost to your personal and group resources and against serious family resistance to your coming ( my family want me out of here as well).
I want to apologize once again for the poor show by the ministry of health senior officials whom we discovered had little understanding of Basic Medical Science and their resistance to Learn.
