Annual Golf Tounrament at the Maidstone Club

East Hampton Rotary’s annual tournament will be held at Maidstone Club (ranked 26 th in the top 100 courses in the United States by Golf Magazine October 2015 issue) on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. This year the tournament will consist of 22 foursomes with a shot gun start at 1:00 p.m.

The day will include:

• The locker room and driving range will be open at 10:00 a.m.
• Refreshments (hot coffee, hot tea, water) in the club house vestibule from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Brunch in the tap room 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
• Beverage station in place at half-way house 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Cocktail reception 2nd floor of club house 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (open bar)
• Light buffet served from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

The fee for the tournament is $640.00 per player. The captain of the foursome is responsible for sending the total amount of $2560.00. The captain should include if possible, the names of the foursome, as this will be helpful to my committee and also to the Maidstone staff.

Please make your checks payable to East Hampton Rotary Club Foundation and mail to me at 89 Meadow Way, East Hampton, NY 11937. Your checks must be received by April 27, 2017 to reserve your spot. Any foursome not fully paid by the date printed above will lose its starting time to the next foursome on the waiting list.
