Barb's Bio:
Recently retired, I’ve been a Rotarian for over 20 years, currently a member of the Rotary Club of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and its Secretary and Interim Treasurer. My Rotary service includes being a club President, Treasurer several times (in the past as well), being on the financial resources committee at the district level, sitting on a number of club committees, and I’ve been an RLI facilitator since 2011. My husband and I also traveled to New Zealand and Thailand on two Rotary Friendship Exchanges.
My professional background includes certification as a CPA in the State of New York and as a former CA in the Province of Ontario. I have an MBA in Accountancy and an MS in Applied Imagination, applied to Organizational Development and Behaviour over the past 38 years. I write Dr. Seuss rhyme and love to bake in my spare time. My husband, Terry, and I currently live in St. Catharines and enjoy cycling and cooking. We also volunteer at the Shaw Festival hosting and recently joined its docent program.
