Coaching in Rotary is about engaging in new ways with an individual or group to build a positive relationship.  This approach empowers people to maximize their potential by developing creative ideas and solutions through inspiration and innovation.  Through coaching, Rotarians become vibrant, inspirational leaders who champion club growth and engagement.

3 Part Certificate Series

What  this Coaching series has to offer and how it will benefit YOU and your Rotary:

Coaching opens opportunities for Rotary.  For deeper, more meaningful relationships, for growth and development and for sustainability of volunteers.  Coaching evokes passion and enthusiasm and mobilizes people to take action in a way that is meaningful to them while aligning to the vision and goals of Rotary.

Coaching in Rotary is about building and strengthening member relationships.  The coach approach to leadership provides a positive environment to drive innovation and inspiration.  It is built on a foundation of compassion and kindness, with a focus on the member and what’s important to them.  Leadership coaching changes the conversation that empowers members to develop their own ideas and solutions.  Coaching is a model that promotes active listening.  With practice, coaching becomes a leadership style.

This series is a progressive training environment.  We ask you to register for and attend all three sessions to be eligible for the Certificate.  All sessions will be interactive and engaging.  They will be provided in a Zoom environment to minimize travel time and allow for participation from Rotarians anywhere within Zones 28 and 32.

The Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching is offering this series to all Rotarians at no cost. In a business environment, this series would cost you or your employer over $750. There are limited spots available, so register soon.
